LIWA Aquatics is proud to announce the release of its new website. Whilst some backend administrative components are still in the works, members have now got access to their personal LIWA Account Records. The website aims to provide members with additional functionality, more user friendly access to the site and personal account information with the abilty to view a history of emails, payments, event registrations and Accreditation details (including to ability to download your current Accreditation Certficiate for your employer)
To help get you started (if you haven't checked out the site yet) here are a few tips to help you navigate yourself around the new website.
Home Page - The home page provides the user (member and non members) with latest news feeds, up and coming events, Menu navigation to other areas of the website, Facebook and Twitter Feeds.
Member Login
This area will allow all members to login to the website. This will provide addtional access to member only restricted areas of the website.
Forgot Login Details
If you do not know your login details (these have been sent out recently to all members) you can request that your details be emailed to you to reset your password. (Please check Junk Mail or Spam as it can often end up here, before you request new details.)
If you still do not have access or an account/email is not valid, you may be on our expired list, so will either need to renew or create a new account. Please contact LIWA Aquatic before creating a new account
Member Account
Your Member account provides information such as Personal information, membership details and expiry, ability to renew and check payment history, Accreditation Information and Event Registration history.
Members will be automtically emailed membership and accreditation reminders to ensure you maintain your records and prevent them from expiring.
Login to change your account records to ensure we have your latest contact information to prevent mmising out on LIWA issued correspondence and the LIWA ARA Journal.
Payment History
This area will provide a history of completed and outstanding payments
Tax Invoices and Payment options
All members will receive a Tax Invoice when renewing membership details and event registrations. This is for the purpose of your own online records.
If you have indicated that your employer will be paying the fees, then a seperate invoice will be created by LIWA and sent to your employer. A Purchase Order Number must be provided as most organisations will not pay without a PO attached, this will prevent delays in payment and possibly your currency as a member.
if you as an individual are paying, you can use this invoice which will also be sent to you via email for payment. Either transfer the money via EFT or Pay via Credit Card using our PayPal Link. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.
Accreditation Information and Certificate
Members now have the ability to view their Accreditation information and download their Accreditation Certificate for their employer without having to go to LIWA and request a copy. Accrediation renewals will still require an application form to be completed each 3 years and sent to LIWA for approval of issue.

Event Registration
Members can now Log in and register for events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, professional development session and more. To get the reduced Member rate you will need to be logged in prior to registering for the event.
