Organised by the Peak Body Leisure Institute of Western Australia (Aquatics), these awards recognise individuals and teams who demonstrate exceptional innovation and best practices in the industry.

Swim Teacher of the Year

Industry Service Awards
- Recognises individuals for their years of service and contribution to the aquatic recreation industry.
Pool Lifeguard of the Year
- Honours lifeguards for their excellence in customer service, lifeguarding skills, and leadership.
Aquatic Technical Operator of the Year
- Celebrates individuals excelling in customer service, safety, and facility management.
Emerging Leader of the Year
- Recognizes young leaders (aged 18-30) showing passion, motivation, and potential leadership in the industry.
Smith Robertson Award
- The most prestigious award, acknowledging outstanding achievements and contributions by an individual to the Institute and the Aquatic Recreation Industry over many years.
